Hello 2016

Aye! It's the new year. Which means new beginning; new resolutions. This year I am trying to be more of a realist and try to create an easier to follow resolutions. Alright, so here are a list 

1. To not only work harder in school but to work smarter and actually get stuff done and right
2. To try and exercise daily
3. To read more books. I am currently aiming to read 20 books or more by the end of 2016
4. To finish my clothing line *hint*hint* I need to see progression at least

I'VE MOVED

If you followed me on Instagram, some of you may already know that I have moved to pursue my study in Toronto. This is a little sneak peek of my place. I will post more when I am settled :)

Entering Adulthood

I turned 18th exactly ten days ago today. Here's a mini birthday party my family and friends did for me :)

A birthday flower given by my grandfather :) I couldn't take the flower with me to Toronto, but it was lovely and I greatly appreciate it, getting a flower on your birthday is my little happiness. Thank you, Grandpa. 

Mom took me and the whole fams out for dinner at my FAVOURITE restaurant in town, called Mocha Cabana. I just got some appetizers but it their food are amazing :) Thanks Mommy!

Another thing from my grandfather AND my grandmother, was this cake which I truly adore! I mean, look at this! So cute :3 The cake was good too. I love it and it is the best one yet :) Again, thanks grandpa and grandma. 

A surprise birthday cheesecake that my older brother ordered and my mother paid. LOL

I went out with Gina for my first time drinking. OF COURSE, I had to get something that is Asian for my first drink (; ~ We actually ordered sake, but the lady got us this bokbunja it's actually a korean red wine. I mean I don't mind it, but our sake >< 

Anyway, that was all. I hoped you enjoy my mini 18th birthday celebration. Hope you'll be here for my next and many more birthday celebration ^^

A Day with Peas

       Some of you guys may already know that I am going to University this fall. On where maybe not a lot of you know but anyway it is miles away from where I am now (even tho it's still within Canada) 

      Anyway so I wanted to have some time spend with Ebubu before I leave to Indonesia :) We had chicken wings (which both of our favorites) and sushi cones!!

Healing Time in Calgary

I went up to Calgary for a test a few weeks ago (I know! It doesn't sound all that healing) But to be honest I got a lot of relaxation time there. I got away from everyone and just be myself. That's why I want to personally thank Cassie for letting me stay at your place! I really got a lot out off it. Seriously.

First night in, Cassie took me for Korean bbq (of course) it was real good. I had my first Canadian tteokbokki LOL

We went for Vietnamese dish after my exam was over. I ordered a bunch of stuff but didn't finish them! I felt so bad because I really didn't know the portion there ~

I went to Build A Bear and made my first ever plushie from there!! Yay! Oh and oh! He smells like Strawberry and he talks cutely :3

Cassie's place is seriously my dream apartment. Amazing cozy place! I love it so much ~ She also have a lot of plushies :3

Cassie gave me one of her mask ~ It was snails and ginger. It sounded weird to me at first too but it really wasn't that bad. I thought it would smell empowering with something of a fishy smell? But nope! It smelled nice and soft to skin. Love it x

Of course healing time isn't a healing time without a book right? I brought my House of Hades book to finish it up before I leave to Indonesia (so that I could start reading Blood of Olympus before Percy's birthday) but I ended up didn't finish it and couldn't take the book because I actually borrowed it from my local public library.

Anywho, that's just my very quick time alone and away from everything in Calgary! Hope it wasn't too boring for you all Xx

A Week in Instagram

I have been really into South Korean r&b recently. Gsoul is one of them! If you don't know what webtoon is.. You really have been living under the rock! It's this amazing free web comic ~

On Canada Day, I work. Yeah this was taken a few hours before I went to work, just reading my favorite book and chilling with Alex ;) 

I got a new shoes.. Again. I know. It's one of my favourite though! Golden goose just take all my money $$$$$

I found a new place to read.. The house deck! It's so peaceful there why didn't I ever think about it??

I have been really lazy that last few weeks. That's why all of my insta post is either about books, music and bed. Typical Tasha? Yep.

Bits of My Life

If you guys have been keeping up with me in both YT and Instagram. Some of you guys may know that I have a tiny bit of an obsessions with David's Tea ~ I love drinking tea in general, but with David's, ugh! it's a whole different story. Trying out different flavours of tea becomes a must!

I haven't been back to the store until recently (due to stress with school) but anyway I was glad I did! I received a gift card from a friend of mine for my graduation. So I got to treat myself a bit :) 

I picked out their summer special Cherry Blossom. The cherry blossom includes, white tea, green tea, cherry, and rose flower. They smell so good!! The main ingredients is both of my most preferable tea too so I don't mind this one :) 

I also picked out their roasted tea! I don't know if you know but I've been really into roasted rice tea ever since my Korean trip ~ It is definitely one of my most favourite tea. That's why I did my research before hand! This is a green tea contains roasted brown rice and popped rice! It taste similar to the tea I got from koreandepart but smell much more sweeter and toastier ^^

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I have recently graduated from high school. There was a lot of fun times and there was also a lot of downs for me, but I am glad that I have made it thirteen years of my school life. 

I got accepted in one of the school in Toronto and I am currently still working on getting my mark up. If things goes well, I am going to Toronto this September to pursue my career as a designer ~ Anyway, back to this, I did received a complimentary gifts from a friend of mine for getting into the school. It's loads of cute school supplies and goodies :) She knows that rilakkuma is my life lol ~ Oh and I also received a giant rilakkuma plush that I didn't capture. I just want to let her know that I am thankful for this, it really made my day! 

Now that school is over, I'm back in my shopping mode again ~ I went to the mall recently to find my cousin graduation gift. But instead I found a bunch of things for myself >< Like this ferris wheel music box! Click here to see how they are in action. It's so pretty and peaceful! I really want the venice one now >< 

I updated my boring walls recently with Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake postcards. My room looks a bit vintage now I am happy! ^^

Meet Alex

Hello! ~ I hope everyone is well. As for myself, I am well and healthy ^^ 

Many of you may not know but I have a soft spot for cats and been wanting one since ages! The only thing that pushing me back was that I wasn't allowed to own a pet. However, surprisingly out of the blue my grandmother said 'ok' to me owning one. So there I was, on October the 26th 2014 I adopted a kitten and his name is Alex ^^

I'll be featuring him in many of my videos so just keep checking out my YouTube channel ^^

Overall, I had a great time in Korea and I would definitely come back! It was one of my favourite trip and I have learned and also inspired by many things~ It's not a surprise if I'll end up living there in the future bahaha ^^ Anyway, this is actually my last post about Korea.
